Good To Know
Frequently Asked Questions
How much advance notice do you need to accommodate an order? +
We ask for a minimum 7 business day advance notice for any order, excluding wedding cakes. If an order is more intricate, including sculpting work, fondant, or faux tiers, we encourage a two-week notice. We can only complete a limited number of specialty cakes per weekend and demand is high. A 3–6 month lead time for wedding cakes is typically sufficient, except during peak seasons (mid-May through mid-July and mid-September through mid-November), which may require 9–12 months advance booking.
How do I get a quote? +
Please contact the bakery to begin the process. Wedding cakes typically require a separate form submission. Quotes are provided via email or in person.
Can I place an order via email? +
No. While questions and design inspiration photos can be reviewed via email, orders must be placed by phone or in person. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any order.
Can I place an order over the phone? +
Yes. Once a quote has been provided via email or in person, you may call to begin the 50% retainer process or pay in full. Payments are handled via emailed invoice or phone payment processing.
Can I cancel my order? +
Orders cannot be altered or canceled within 7 business days of pickup. The 50% deposit is non-refundable. If paid in full and outside the 7-day window, the remaining balance may be applied as store credit. No refunds are issued.

Availability depends on current order volume. Please call or email the bakery to confirm availability for your specific date.
If I provide you with a photo, can you recreate it? +
