Shipping policy
ALL DELIVERIES ARE PERISHABLE. WE WILL NOT LEAVE AN ORDER AT A DOOR, GATE, FRONT DESK, ETC. WE HAVE TO HAND IT OFF TO A RESPONSIBLE PARTY. If nobody is available to receive the order, it will be returned to the bakery and no additional delivery will be attempted.
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
In-Store pickups must be picked up at the time selected when ordering. Please do not arrive earlier, unless you have received a notification or phone call that your order is ready at an earlier time. The person's name on the order is required to be verbally spoken to a team member so that we can locate the correct order. Avoid using 2 different names for less confusion.
For local deliveries, please note the following:
We will try our absolute best to accommodate your delivery based on the time slot chosen. Please keep in mind, Dallas-Fort Worth Metro area traffic varies at all times of the day. Most of which is out of our control.
Local deliveries Tuesday through Saturday require a 2-3 hour delivery window. Each day may be different; please see the times available in your shopping cart. Since our products are perishable, a recipient is required to be present to accept the item(s).
For deliveries to hotels, concierges, and bell desks:
Concierges and bell desks will rarely accept perishable food items on behalf of a customer. If you have received authorization, please include the full name of the employee who has verified that they will accept the item(s) on the recipient's behalf. For deliveries directly to a recipient's room, we must have the reservation name and room number (hotels are not able to give us this information) and the recipient must be available in the room to accept the item(s). We are not able to enter a room while the guest is not there.
For deliveries to an office:
Please keep in mind the recipient's personal schedule and the department we are to deliver to.
For deliveries to a home:
Please keep in mind the recipient's personal schedule and possible gate codes (if needed).
Orders will not be left unattended. They will be returned to the bakery, where a pickup will have to be done. There are no refunds on delivery fees for failure to be available to receive the order.
For deliveries to a restaurant:
We will require the name and time of the reservation.
