Thank you so much for your email request. We will respond to your email as soon as we can! Here's a little how our process works:

We do not answer emails from 4pm Saturday until Tuesday morning. This is our down time, recovering from the previous week.

EX: If you send an email on Saturday, Sunday or Monday: It could be 48 hours to receive a response depending on the time of the year.

EX: If you send an email Tuesday-Friday: Expect a response from us in less than 24 hours.

LASTLY

If something happens and you are in a hurry and need a quicker response or quote (and is during business hours) then please give us a call at the bakery! 817-617-2599

If you don't get a response and its been longer than the times above, please give us a call at the bakery. Believe it or not, shit happens and we're human.
