Here's a little how our process works:

If you send an email on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday: Email will be answered on Monday afternoon.

If you send an email Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday:Expect a response from us in about 24 hours.

If you don't get a response and its been longer than the times above, pleasesend a follow up email or give us a call at the bakery. Believe it or not, shit happens and we're human.
