If you send an email on Saturday, Sunday: Emails will begin to be answered on Monday and Tuesday.
If you send an email Monday thru Friday; Expect a response from us in about 24-48 hours.
We strongly encourage to begin the process about 2-3 weeks in advance.
If you don't get a response and its been longer than the times above, please send a follow up email or give us a call at the bakery. Believe it or not, shit happens and we're human.
